SALES POLICY
- In order to reserve a bunny, you must place a nonrefundable 50% deposit on that bunny payable to me directly by cash, PayPal or Venmo. Once payment is received, that bunny will be reserved for you and a pickup date can then be scheduled. The remaining amount will be due on the day of pickup and with cash only
- Bunnies are ready to go home at 8 weeks old
- Bunnies are priced based on fur color, eye color, and rarity and are subject to change
- If you reserve a bunny, you cannot switch the bunny out for another one, without losing your deposit on that bunny. If you do decide that you do want a different bunny, you will need to place an additional deposit on the new bunny, along with the remaining payment on the day of pickup. It takes time to post and update bunnies that are for sale, and timing is a crucial part of the job, so make sure that you want that specific bunny before you place a deposit
- I want you to be happy with your bunny. Please feel free to ask questions and if you need, I will gladly provide you with additional pictures and videos to help you with this decision
- I do reserve the right to refuse or cancel a sale at my own discretion, at any time. If for some reason a bunny cannot be sold, you will receive a full refund immediately
- I do not allow open visitation. I strive to keep my bunnies healthy and safe. Permitting others into my home runs a risk of harm to my rabbits, as well as to myself. I do this in order to ensure a clean, safe, protected place for my bunnies.
- Unfortunately, at this time I do not ship or deliver rabbits to homes
- On pickup day, please be aware that I am located in Wayne, NJ and make sure to bring a cardboard box with newspaper or a pet carrier to take your bunny in
- If you are scheduled to pickup a rabbit on a certain day with a specific time, I hold you to that. I understand that things do happen however, so I kindly ask that you give me at least a 24 hr notice if you need to reschedule
- I will gladly hold that bunny for you within a week of your scheduled pickup day. However, if you require more time, you will need to let me know in advance, and I will charge a boarding fee of $10 / day per bunny. If you do not let me know prior, or pay for additional days at the time due, the bunny will be placed back up for sale and your deposit will not be refunded
- If you do not show up to pick up your bunny, you lead me to believe that you will not be a good fit for a bunny and I will not be inclined to sell one to you. Please make it a point to be prepared on the day of pickup, arriving promptly and with cash
- All sales are final - No refunds
- All bunnies are sold healthy to my knowledge. The moment you leave with your bunny, I am no longer in control of the bunny's care and health. If something happens to the rabbit, whether it gets ill or dies, all vet bills, food, medications, etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser and there will be no replacements or refunds
- I do check each bunny's gender multiple times, however, small rabbits have small parts and at times, sexing them isn't easy and I can make no guarantees
- If after purchasing your bunny, you feel you do not want the bunny anymore for any reason, contact me. If I have space I will take back the bunny, however you will not receive a refund and you will be required to bring them to the vet to get checked and you must provide me with documentation from the vet, ensuring that they are healthy and safe to bring back into my home. If I do not have space, I will do my best to help re-home the bunny
